Specialized experience is experience providing program analysis, consulting, evaluion, and authoritive guidance to management on the effectiveness of assigned programs, operions, and/or other functions or program areas as assigned. This includes experience in analyzing, evaluing, and providing authoritive guidance on programs in the areas of capital planning, stregic planning, project management, business processes, assessment, and the implemention of IT policies and operions.
