Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce to join their team remotely. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into technology solutions that support retail annuity operations. The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process analysis, and data flow analysis while acting as the primary liaison between business teams, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, vendors, and other technology partners. They will be documenting business requirements, user stories and process maps. They will also be analyzing annuity and customer data across multiple systems, supporting integrations, reporting, and data migration efforts. They will also be identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies and ensuring successful solution delivery throughout the design, testing, deployment, and post-production lifecycle. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the Salesforce FSC subject matter expert, providing guidance on platform capabilities and enhancements, facilitating UAT and release activities, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring all solutions align to standards while driving cross-functional collaboration. • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications
• 5+ years of hands on Salesforce experience
• Experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and a understanding of FSC data models, core objects, reporting, dashboards, flows, and validation rules.
• Experience utilizing ADO for User Stories
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, data migration, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, wealth management, or annuity environments.
• Experience supporting UAT, release management, and solution validation activities.
