- Client Product Business Strategy to deliver complex, customer-specific solutions through adaptability, speed, and cross-functional collaboration-grounded in the CVS Health values.
- Partnering with Account Teams, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver on customer needs.
- Serving as the go-to expert on key processes and systems-translating complexity into practical solutions.
- Applying your clinical expertise to influence strategy, communication, data analysis, project work, and customer interactions.
- Leading issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action plans across teams.
- Demonstrating and communicating the value of our partnership to customers.
- Supporting new technology implementations with a focus on clinical intent and PBM strategy.
- Creating and delivering materials on strategy, responsibilities, metrics, and performance.
- Acting as a clinical expert in process and technology to build customer confidence.
- Driving continuous improvement through creative problem-solving and disciplined execution.
- Building engagement through recognition, feedback, coaching, and development.
- Owning team outcomes through mentoring, accountability, and strong day-to-day leadership. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management (or equivalent client-facing experience)
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
- Knowledge of PBM system technology
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience
- Strong leadership, organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Resourcefulness and confidence in learning complex material quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to peers, all levels of personnel, and customers
- Demonstrated understanding of the role of UM in managed care environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, technical procedures, regulations, budget performance, and key metrics
- Strategic mindset with a track record of driving long-term goals and priorities
- Willingness to travel to customers for meetings, internal meetings, and other events as directed Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of myPBM platform and capabilities
- Experience supporting customers using PBM technology
- Understanding of IT processes for business implementations and ongoing maintenance Education BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree; active pharmacist license in good standing. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $115,875.00
- $261,000.
