Job Description:
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile setting with shifting requirements Ability to analyze and interpret data, with strong focus on incentive modeling and performance metrics Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and modeling Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL and/or Redshift SQL) for data analysis, and ad-hoc reporting Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Background in telecommunications, cable industry, or sales channel performance management Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
