Business Operations Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Boca Raton, FL that is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Boca Raton, FL to support a global data operations team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing a large, research-driven database while supporting regional operations, with primary alignment to APAC-related work. The ideal candidate has an interest in global affairs such as politics, economics, current events, or regulatory environments, along with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries related to database content and policies from internal and external stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and data integrity issues
• Conduct research using government, regulatory, and public sources to support data updates
• Maintain and enhance database quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support operations and project delivery
• Monitor workflows, track progress, and assist in resolving operational challenges
• Provide updates on deliverables, timelines, and risks to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and processes
• Experience working within structured procedures and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest or background in global affairs, politics, economics, criminology, or related fields
• Familiarity with APAC regional environments, regulatory structures, or compliance frameworks
• Experience with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Exposure to AML, CTF, sanctions, or related compliance topics The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
