Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to support the design, creation, and enhancement of new applications that drive business value. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for application developmentCollaborate with developers, testers, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycleSupport the creation and rollout of new applications and system enhancementsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and user experience through process improvements and technology solutionsLeverage AI tools to analyze data, streamline processes, and help deliver innovative business solutionsAssist with application testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needsPrepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates and stakeholder communicationServe as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
