Florida, USA (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in business analysis. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams. Participate in meetings, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred. Preferred Skills Strong documentation and organizational skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. Understanding of SDLC and business process modeling. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
