Utilize analysis techniques such as interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Design and recommend improved business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in developing test plans and support business application testing to ensure requirements are met.
Translate stakeholder needs into functional and operational system requirements to optimize organizational performance.
Participate in Agile project methodologies, documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and effort estimates.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams to explore solutions, track issues, and plan implementation timelines.
Communicate effectively with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and end-users, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Identify and assess risks, considering business implications of technology applications.
Contribute to the development and maturity of the Business Analysis function within the IT organization.
RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within an IT environment.
Strong skills in technical, business, and process documentation.
Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and team members.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in stakeholder or client management and evaluating business needs and processes.
Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies.
