Job Description

Our client is seeking a Windchill Business Consultant to join their team. As a Windchill Business Consultant, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives.

Palm Bay, Florida What's the Job? Lead process mapping and functional design across Engineering, Change Control, Document Control, Configuration Management, and Manufacturing collaboration. Define functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices aligned with PLM strategy. Design Windchill+ configurations including lifecycles, workflows, soft types, attributes, UI policies, classification, and search functionalities. Facilitate design workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and harmonize best practices across multiple sites and business units. Lead data discovery, migration, and validation efforts to ensure data quality and readiness for migration cycles. What's Needed? Engineering degree with over 10 years of experience in PLM functional consulting, with a focus on Windchill/Windchill+ implementations. Hands-on experience with Windchill/Windchill+ projects, including greenfield or major transformation initiatives. Proficiency in CAD integrations, especially Creo, SolidWorks, NX, or AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of CAD data management. Deep knowledge of change management processes, lifecycles, workflows, classification, and search functionalities. Excellent process mapping skills and experience in delivering optimized PLM operating models. What's in it for me?
