Job Description:
IAM Support Analyst Hybrid - onsite 2 days per week (Tuesday is mandatory, floating day 2 - show me someone only open to 1 day per week but 2 days is preferred)
Skills Required/Preferred :
This role is not heavy phone support and is mainly behind the monitor and keyboard handling support tickets for access, etc. Experience with any IAM tool for provisioning/deprovisioning (SailPoint preferred but not required) Experience with Epic support and healthcare Experience with Ivanti is highly preferred but they can get them up to speed if they have used other ITSM type of tools
