Location:
Palm Beach Gardens, FL Job Summary The Business Analyst will support the Reimagine Streetlights Program by working with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, support solution delivery, and assist with testing and implementation activities. This role will help ensure business needs are clearly defined and translated into effective solutions across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate meetings and workshops with business, IT, and vendor teams. Analyze and document current and future-state business processes. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts. Assist with system integration efforts and cross-functional process improvements. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and defect tracking. Create project documentation, process flows, and status updates. Support data governance and data quality initiatives related to streetlight assets and operations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology or business transformation initiatives. Strong requirements gathering and business process documentation skills. Experience working in Agile project environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools. Previous experience working at FPL/NextEra Energy. Familiarity with Customer Information System (CIS) processes and workflows. Familiarity with Electric Office (EO). Experience supporting utility, field operations, asset management, or customer service initiatives. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, GIS, or Work Management Systems. Knowledge of system integrations and data management concepts. Contract position through the end of 2026. Immediate start preferred. Supports the Reimagine Streetlights Program and associated technology initiatives. Onsite 5 days a week at the Palm Beach Gardens campus.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience with: CIS (Customer Information System), SAP/CAMS (asset/billing systems), WMS (Work Management Systems), Electric Office (EO) or similar. engineering/design systems
Pay:
$43.58 per hour
