JOB SUMMARY
Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys process improvement, collaboration, and problem-solving? At the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program, we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. This position serves as a project and performance analyst within the Case and Order Establishment process and is responsible for supporting operational activities, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration efforts. This is a highly responsible position requiring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The selected candidate must be able to effectively apply critical thinking to make decisions and recommendations, manage multiple assignments, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives.
Your duties would include:
Participating in process projects and other initiatives, ensuring comprehensive and accurate performance and data analysis, and data-based decision making. Collaborating with others to improve information sharing and streamline coordination across multiple processes related to the genetic testing process. Maintaining open communication and building positive working relationships to solve problems and make decisions. Compiling and analyzing data, determining effectiveness and recommending next appropriate action. Conduct monitoring activities, reviewing operational transactions and performance information, and writing reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite Project and Performance Analyst to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• One year of experience facilitating meetings and/or coordinating projects with deadlines. One year of experience writing and revising documents. One year of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving issues or concerns.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Education or training using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) can substitute for the required experience.
PREFERENCES
One year of experience using Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and review data, and create spreadsheets, pivot tables and charts. One or more years of experience providing guidance and direction on procedures or developing work instructions.
SPECIAL NOTES
A skills verification test will be conducted to determine which applicants will be interviewed. This position is located in Tallahassee. This position is not telework eligible.

$27.40 / hour
