Senior Consultant, Construction Management Location:

Duties:
Lead an established team on projects associated with construction management, construction quality assurance, special inspections, materials testing and laboratory testing in both construction materials and geotechnical applications. Lead and support business development and strategic planning efforts to increase market share in the local market. Recruit/Hire staff and direct project staffing assignments to meet client, contract, and company business objectives. Manage and coordinate project teams, including ensuring the technical quality of deliverables. Support financial, project management, backlog and utilization reporting requirements. Serve as primary interface with client representatives. Interact with regulatory agencies, construction contractors, and clients in a confident and professional manner. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related plus 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager, Project Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, or related.
Experience must include:
Utilize industry-standard geotechnical software tools including GeoStudio Suite, Rocscience Suite, LPILE, SHAFT, A Pile, and gINT, enabling rigorous modeling, analysis, and design optimization. Conduct subsurface investigations and advanced geotechnical analyses, including foundation design, settlement evaluation, slope stability, and seismic site characterization in accordance with
ASTM, USCS, ASCE
7, and NEHRP standards. Lead construction-phase geotechnical QA/QC, including development and implementation of project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection protocols, and compliance auditing for DOT, federal, and commercial projects.
