Since our founding in 1991, VGCC has been dedicated to delivering exceptional golf, dining, wellness, and social experiences within a warm, welcoming community. Set on 460 acres of scenic landscape featuring lakes and protected nature preserves, the Club is centered around an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course designed by Ted McAnlis. Beyond golf, members enjoy an active lifestyle supported by racquet sports, wellness and fitness facilities, spa services, aquatics, bocce, and a vibrant calendar of social events that bring the community together year-round. About This Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to provide direct support to the General Manager of a private club/community environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys working with data and organization, and can help streamline day-to-day operations through strong administrative and analytical support. This position can be structured as either part-time or full-time depending on experience, availability, and operational needs. Primary Responsibilities Manage and maintain the General Manager's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination Organize reports, operational information, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation Assist with gathering and compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational data Prepare presentation materials, summaries, and internal documents for leadership use Track trends, metrics, and departmental information to support operational planning Coordinate follow-up items, reminders, and project timelines for the GM Assist with communication, file management, and administrative organization Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Experience in hospitality, club management, property management, or administrative support preferred Preferred Traits Analytical mindset with strong follow- through Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities Highly dependable and proactive Able to anticipate needs and maintain organized systems Schedule & Compensation Part-time or full-time opportunity Flexible structure depending on candidate qualifications and business needs Competitive compensation based on experience / benefits based upon full or part time status This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being a trusted operational support partner and helping leadership stay organized, prepared, and efficient.
