Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and help drive operational improvements, business process optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze business needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new processes, systems, and initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable recommendations.
Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
Create process maps, business cases, reports, dashboards, and other supporting documentation.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
Support project teams during planning, testing, implementation, and post-launch review.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review requirements, priorities, and project progress.
Assist with change management, user training, and adoption efforts related to new systems or processes.
