Job Description

At Arclin, our Strategy team is expanding its analytical capabilities—and this role is at the center of that evolution. As a Senior Strategy Analyst working out of Arclin Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA, y ou will partner directly with the Sr. Director of Strategy to transform data into insights that shape high-impact business decisions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and finance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong analytical foundation who enjoys digging into complex questions, building structure where none exists, and influencing strategic direction through data-driven storytelling. This role is ideally suited for candidates with approximately 3-5 years of experience who are eager to take on hands-on analytical and strategic work. Support cross-functional strategic initiatives by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from across the business Transform raw data into structured, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions Analyze complex business data from multiple data sets Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of key datasets—proactively identifying and resolving issues Translate evolving business questions into practical analytical frameworks, models, operational and financial insights Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex or ambiguous strategic topics (e.g., market sizing, investment evaluations, business comparisons) Partner with Finance and business teams to support key initiatives with analytical insights Perform ongoing data validation and "health checks" to ensure reliability of critical reporting This role involves working with multiple and often inconsistent data sources from acquired businesses, requiring the ability to reconcile differences, challenge assumptions, and draw meaningful conclusions
Experience:
3-5 years in business analysis, strategy-related roles or
FP&A Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (complex models, pivot tables, large data handling) Strong analytical and data structuring capabilities
Core Strengths:
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity Clear and confident communication skills, including presenting insights to stakeholders Advanced Excel skills (complex models, pivot tables, large data handling) Strong analytical and data structuring capabilities High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity Clear and confident communication skills, including presenting insights to stakeholders Report directly to the Sr. Director of Strategy Collaborate closely with Strategy, Finance, and business leaders Operate as an individual contributor (no direct reports) Contribute to a growing function with high visibility and impact across the organization This is more than a traditional analyst role—it's an opportunity to be part of building a modern strategy capability in a growing company.
