Consulting Analysts support project teams both on client engagements (on and off-site) and internal projects. Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consulting Analyst a key function of your role will be to support the development and creation of quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks. Degree concentration in Business, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Health Management, or similar is preferred Previous internship or work experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Business Analytics software Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources Strong quantitative and organizational skills Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills Excellent quantitative analysis skills Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations Some travel may be required from time to time, depending on client needs The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00- 129,000.
