United Talent is looking to fill a New Business Consultant role in the Hiram, GA area This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating business partnerships in the community.

Job Duties:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and territories Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate leads and build pipeline Present staffing solutions including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services Meeting with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and company culture Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients CRM entry and database management Pay & Hours This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay is dependent on previous sales experience. This will be a guaranteed salary plus monthly commission based on new business generation

Hours:

Typically, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday. Position requires schedule flexibility to meet networking and business needs.

Requirements:

1 year of business-to-business sales (outside or inside) Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task Proven track record of meeting sales targets Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills
