Back To Results Manufacturing Analyst Job Description Business Analyst - Onsite (Must be local to ATL Area) This position will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments focusing on identifying and analyzing business needs to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. This role involves gathering and analyzing data to inform decision making. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency, margin improvement, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities Support other departments by identifying issues, delivering recommendations and implementing solutions. Develop strategies that support operational and product changes and provide continuous improvements. Improve communication processes regarding distribution of information, identification of trends and variations beyond established limits. Document processes and procedures. Conduct cross department meetings to gather, document, and ensure accurate data is used for pricing, forecasting, and product configurator. Analyze and develop product configuration standards, processes, procedures and strategies. Work with business development, operations and accounting to develop and maintain correct product configurator inputs and outputs regarding routings, BOM, pick lists, build instructions, options, pricing and costing formulas. Work closely with Sales and Product Groups to refine, enhance and maximize pricing strategies. Identify and lead cross functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of pricing process that covers multiple business channels. Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Structure large data sets to find usable information Qualifications Demonstrated skills in the analysis of a variety of complex variables with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts Ability to handle multiple data-intensive projects simultaneously and to deal with changing priorities Must be able to explain complex functions in simple and understandable language Strong reasoning skills including troubleshooting logic flows, drive to produce accurate outputs and excellent written and verbal communications skills Requires strong problem solving, project management, data mining and configuration knowledge Education Required Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, Mathematics, Economics or business-related field Work experience in manufacturing Base Salary 80k-100k DOE plus Excellent Benefits Please send your resume to Andree@Stafffinancial.com for immediate consideration.
