Job Description
Job Description The Fiber Program Analyst will support the planning, tracking, reporting, and execution of a portfolio of telecommunications and fiber infrastructure projects. This person will help project coordinators and leadership maintain visibility into schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and overall project performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable building reports, dashboards, and tracking tools that help teams stay aligned and projects move forward. Daily Responsibilities

- Track project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource needs across multiple fiber and telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPI trackers, workload forecasts, budget reports, schedule updates, and portfolio health summaries for leadership and project teams.
- Monitor project performance against approved schedules and budgets, identify variances or delays, and escalate risks or resource constraints as needed.
- Follow up with project coordinators, internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and operating company personnel to help drive timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Support project review meetings by gathering status updates, organizing information, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Assist with improving project tracking, reporting, resource planning, KPI development, budget monitoring, and portfolio management processes and tools.

Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of experience in project analysis, project controls, program/project management, resource planning, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while tracking schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Experience supporting fiber optic, broadband, optical transport, wireless, utility communications, or outside plant construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, SQL, Access, Power Automate, or similar project management and reporting tools.
- Experience building executive dashboards, KPI dashboards, portfolio reports, workload forecasts, or budget tracking tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Primavera P6 certification, PgMP, or similar certification.
- Prior experience supporting major capital programs, network modernization efforts, broadband deployment, or telecommunications infrastructure expansion initiatives.
