• Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst III / Business Systems Analyst to act as a liaison between business stakeholders, operational teams, software vendors, and IT. The role will focus on requirements management, business process analysis, Agile delivery, system implementations, testing, system support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems.

• Responsibilities:

• + Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.

+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Owners, developers, vendors, and Scrum teams. + Support Agile activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria development. + Develop test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria and lead/coordinate UAT activities. + Monitor system performance and reliability and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution. + Evaluate system incidents and enhancement requests and recommend solutions. + Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business units to resolve technical and operational issues. + Develop and maintain business cases, process documentation, procedures, and user training materials. + Support compliance, security, audit, and data governance requirements. + Drive process improvements and system enhancements.

• Experience:

• + Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, product/program management, software development, software testing, or related disciplines.

+ Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical operational systems. + Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams. + Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, Agile delivery, testing, and UAT. + Experience with reporting tools, database queries, workflow modeling, and test automation tools.

Education:

• + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Additional Qualifications:

• + Utility industry experience is highly preferred.

+ Experience with GIS, ADMS, engineering analysis/planning tools, Asset Lens, asset management systems, or utility operations/work management processes is a strong plus. + Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. + Experience handling confidential/sensitive information. + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and IT teams.

• Shift Hours:

  8:00AM - 5:00 PM CST
