Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid#26-06330 Charlotte, NC Des Moines, IA Onsite Contract Starts 6/26/2026 Ends 6/25/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Seeking an experienced training developer to build agent and supervisor training for new CCaaS platforms. This role will focus on simulations, job aids, and practical learning content tied to call center workflows. The consultant will consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for business execution.

Responsibilities:

Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution Review and analyzeplex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges Develop simulations and guided workflows Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes

Requirements:

5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Experience developing training (simulations, walkthroughs) preferably for contact center environments Ability to simplifyplex systems into actionable steps Strong instructional design and job aid development Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts including training needs analysis and curriculum planning Strong self-starter, works independently, takes ownership and proactively solves problems Desired skills: Experience using Epiplex or similar software to build simulations and guided workflows Multimodal training development CCaaS / CIW platform experience Prior experience in financial services is an asset Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
