Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to support and optimize our revenue processes. This role is critical to ensuring billing accuracy, maintaining compliance, and delivering timely financial reporting. You'll work closely with others across operations, finance and customer service to improve processes and support data-driven decision-making. - Responsible for daily invoicing, ensuring accurate pricing, billing details, and order processing
- Validate shipping and order data against pricing agreements
- Import and reconcile shipment data from partner plant locations
- Perform daily reconciliation of tonnage across shipping locations 25%
- Complete weekly and monthly invoicing processes, including month-end close activities
- Assist in preparing revenue reports and validating financial data
- Participate in a cross-functional working group to design and develop a volume and revenue reporting dashboard
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency 25%
- Implement price updates, including increases and special pricing agreements
- Maintain and administer customer pricing contracts
- Drive pricing analysis and recommendations for price list updates
- Partner with internal teams to improve pricing systems and methodologies What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, finance, or revenue-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with ERP systems is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
