Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Stress Testing Manager to join our banking client's Stress Testing organization within the Finance LOB. This position is a contract opportunity supporting the team during a maternity leave coverage period. The bank has been receiving new mandates around stress testing and is also in the process of transitioning existing files from Essbase to Anaplan. This individual will help support the Bank's EWST and Mid-year Stress Tests. The role will participate in all aspects of Stress Testing, including model development, scenario design, results review and analysis, procedures documentation, challenge processes, and results submission. Responsibilities will span both U.S. and Enterprise Stress Testing, as well as LOB submissions. This individual will be running loan files, reviewing information, and assisting with challenge materials. The role provides exposure to various areas of the bank through frequent interaction with key stakeholders and preparation of results for Senior Management. Additionally, this person will develop detailed financial and economic analyses to support business decision-making, partner closely with business leaders and Finance teams, and help monitor and manage financial performance against plans, forecasts, initiatives, and objectives. The individual will generate information and insights that support key business decisions and drive value through revenue growth, cost management, resource allocation, and balance sheet optimization. •  At least 5-10 years of stress testing and analytical experience
•  Knowledge of Essbase
•  Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
•  Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, macros, formulas, etc.)
•  College Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
•  Good communication and experience working cross functionally with various groups (Tax, Risk, etc.
