Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for new systems or enhancements. Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify improvements. Design and develop system specifications, prototypes, and data models. Lead meetings with stakeholders to collect requirements and provide project updates.

Required:

Ability to develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality and functionality. Experience supporting and troubleshooting system issues. Strong collaboration with developers and team members to implement solutions. Skilled in developing user documentation and training materials.
