Job Description:
Salesforce Business Analyst (3-5 years) focused on Sales and Service Cloud, with a strong emphasis on business processes, reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs for sales and service teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and create detailed functional specifications for reports and dashboards. Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and advanced reports to track pipeline, opportunities, case volumes, SLA metrics, and customer satisfaction. Configure and optimize Sales and Service Cloud objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions to ensure accurate data capture for reporting. Develop data models and data quality controls, perform data cleansing. Onboarding/Training end users on new and updated reports and dashboards. Partner with IT and data analytics teams to integrate Salesforce data with external systems as needed for comprehensive reporting. Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, report catalogs, and governance policies. Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, assessing impact on reporting capabilities and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
