Project Analyst Position Overview:
The Project Analyst supports program and acquisition lifecycle activities. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), supporting data management processes, and assisting with contract deliverables and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience supporting government programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Scheduling Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project Provide schedule analysis to identify risks, conflicts, and performance issues, along with recommended solutions Support planning, scheduling, and execution activities across program lifecycles Support analysis of contract funding (planned vs. actual) Track execution of funds, major budget milestones, and support annual data calls Assist in acquisition lifecycle planning and documentation Maintain and support data deliverable libraries for contract deliverables Assist in developing and maintaining automated processes for receipt and tracking of deliverables Prepare and maintain briefings, reports, correspondence, and program documentation Ensure all documentation complies with applicable formatting and style guidance (e.g., government standards) Maintain records in accordance with records management policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Active Secret Clearance (Required) Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project/program analysis or similar role Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
