Onsite (Fort Wayne, IN) Role Overview Techno-Functional Business Analyst / Solution Analyst to lead the Paperless MVP initiative as part of the HVPM modernization program. This role will serve as the primary driver for the Paperless module, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to design and deliver digital workflows that eliminate manual and paper-based processes. The resource will be responsible for requirements discovery, solution design, wireframing, and functional delivery of the module across both Order Central
  • HVP (web platform) and the Mobile Application.
This role requires a highly independent contributor who can translate business needs into implementable technical designs and guide the development team through successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Stakeholder Engagement Lead requirement discovery sessions with operations, business stakeholders, and product owners. Analyze current paper-based processes and define digital workflow solutions. Drive stakeholder alignment and obtain functional approvals for proposed solutions. Act as the functional owner of the Paperless module through the full lifecycle. Solution Design Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical-ready specifications. Design digital workflows and user interactions for both web and mobile applications. Create wireframes and user journey flows using tools such as Figma or equivalent. Ensure the designs align with Order Central
  • HVP architecture and mobile app capabilities.
Functional Documentation Produce and maintain:
Functional specifications User stories and acceptance criteria Process flow diagrams UI wireframes and interaction designs Ensure documentation is detailed enough for development teams to implement with minimal ambiguity. Delivery Leadership Drive the end-to-end delivery of the Paperless MVP module independently. Work closely with engineering teams implementing solutions in: Order Central
  • HVP (Angular / Web platform) Mobile applications Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and development clarifications.
Validation & Implementation Participate in functional testing and validation. Ensure delivered features meet business expectations and design intent. Assist with UAT coordination and stakeholder sign-off. Required Skills & Experience Functional & Business Analysis 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional design Ability to independently drive complex modules from concept to delivery Design & UX Experience creating wireframes, workflows, and UX flows Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools Strong understanding of web and mobile UX patterns Technical Understanding Good understanding of modern web applications and APIs Ability to work closely with development teams building systems using: Ability to translate business needs into developer-ready artifacts Collaboration & Communication Strong stakeholder communication skills Ability to facilitate workshops and drive decisions Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments The pay range for this role is $90,000
  • $100,000
  • per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
