Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit Lloyd International Honors College is an independent academic unit reporting directly to the Provost and is under the Division of Academic Affairs. Currently it houses four Residential Colleges and the Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creativity Office. The office currently is comprised of 10 permanent staff members, two graduate assistants, and 4 undergraduate student assistants. LIHC recruits outstanding undergraduate students to UNCG, administers three Honors Programs, directs four Residential Colleges, and oversees the Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creativity Office. It serves over 1,500 students and offers approximately 50 sections of honors courses annually. Position Summary This position will provide budget and HR management of the unit and oversee daily operation of office management. Additionally, this position will manage unit data and communicate with constituents. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and three years of professional experience.
