Job Description
Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering/Science Intern based in Indianapolis, Indiana to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, real-world business environment. If so, this is the opportunity for you. This position requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in business analysis practices, and contribute to building new capabilities that will last long past your intern experience. From day one, you will be assigned projects focused on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting data-driven decision-making to solve real-life problems.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for research and operational projects.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and excellence.
- Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for business analysis and process improvement.
What Skills You Need:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to transparency, and a passion for creating value for customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.000 on a 4.000 scale at current university.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
