This individual will partner closely with firm leadership to enhance client outcomes and experiences, manage key client relationships, develop team members and departmental structure, improve operational scalability, and support strategic growth initiatives. This role serves as a trusted resource for both internal team members and retirement plan clients, balancing technical retirement plan expertise with strong leadership, relationship management, and business acumen. Duties and Responsibilities Division Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

+ Support the development and execution of the Corporate Retirement Plan Services business strategy.

+ Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and service enhancements.

+ Participate in annual business planning, budgeting, and departmental goal-setting.

+ Help establish key performance indicators and reporting metrics for the division.

+ Lead strategic projects designed to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

+ Monitor retirement plan industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive trends. Team Leadership & Talent Development

+ Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, coaching, and support to members of the retirement plan services team.

+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement.

+ Assist with performance management, career development planning, and succession planning.

+ Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.

+ Encourage attainment of professional designations and continuing education opportunities.

+ Partner with firm leadership regarding team structure, capacity planning, compensation recommendations, and departmental growth needs. Client Service & Relationship Management

+ Maintain and strengthen key relationships with existing retirement plan clients.

+ Serve as primary point of contact on key plan relationships and assume plan consultant responsibilities on those plans.

+ Participate in strategic client meetings and serve as a senior resource on complex client matters.

+ Oversee successful onboarding and transition of retirement plan relationships.

+ Ensure consistency in service standards, deliverables, and client communications across the division.

+ Support the delivery of fiduciary guidance, investment oversight, plan governance consulting, and participant education initiatives.

+ Help develop solutions that improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall plan success. Division Development & Growth

+ Develop and deliver educational content for clients, prospects, centers of influence, and internal teams.

+ Participate in finalist pitch presentations, prospect meetings, and proposal development.

+ Support the growth of MCF's retirement plan consulting services through referrals and strategic relationships.

+ Assist in expanding retirement plan services into new markets and client segments. Operational Excellence

+ Develop and maintain standardized workflows, team procedures, and best practices.

+ Evaluate service offerings, fee structures, and profitability across retirement plan relationships.

+ Partner with operations, finance, compliance, and technology teams to improve scalability and efficiency.

+ Assist with implementation and enhancement of technology solutions, reporting tools, and operational processes.

+ Develop and deliver consistent educational resources, training materials, and service supports for both clients and internal teams.
