Opportunity Overview Lead and support demand planning activities by analyzing historical sales, forecast trends, customer demand, and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy.

Coordinate demand data and planning inputs to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and gaps across product lines, customers, and planning horizons.

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, planning reports, dashboards, and models to support supply planning, inventory decisions, and business reviews.

Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to align demand assumptions with business priorities and operational constraints.

Support S&OP and demand review processes by preparing forecast summaries, variance analysis, and clear recommendations for leadership review.

Monitor forecast performance, inventory exposure, and supply risks, and recommend actions to improve service levels, reduce excess inventory, and support business continuity.

Act as a cross-functional planning partner, fostering collaboration and accountability to improve forecast reliability and support strategic business goals. All About You

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields.

English Proficiency

0-2 years of professional experience in: Working with Supply Chain, business data analysis, cost reduction, and metrics to improve operational outcomes

Purchasing, demand planning, and project management

Driving efficiency improvements and enhancing performance

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros, data analysis, etc.) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Rapid Response experience is a plus.

Experience with MRP/ERP systems for planning and procurement Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills at all organizational levels

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

Occasional travel (~10%) to other Teradyne sites and subcontractors We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $60,100-$96,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan:

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance. #LI-CD
