Videos Duties Help As a Management & Program Analyst , PT , 0343 , 3 , your typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as a Project or Program Leader for LC Quality Assurance and Metrics for LC learning programs and process improvement efforts, focused on initiives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness reled to learning. Leads the development and implemention of LC policies and procedures for planning and executing training, operions projects and improvement initiives, including planning, scheduling, executing, and progress monitoring and reporting of project and program activities and delivering outcomes. Leads and directs implemention of approved solutions including delivering agency-wide briefings, preparing written internal communicions, and developing and delivering other types of merial/activities as needed to achieve successful implemention. Provides operional guidance to LC customers, Directors, and staff on quality assurance, metrics, ECM and process improvements, coordining a variety of services and serves as the LC POC/Liaison for various, program, units and initiives.
