Job Description

Overview Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management by providing analysis, reporting, and data tracking for Weapon Systems Managers (WSMs). This is an analytical and reporting-heavy role, not basic data entry. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor FMS case activity; summarize key updates for leadership reporting Analyze data and generate reports from DoD and FMS systems Support logistics program activities (purchases, transfers, leases of weapon systems) Maintain and update trackers, spreadsheets, databases, and taskers Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across systems Validate reporting accuracy and ensure completeness of data Compile source documentation supporting FMS case execution Track deliverables, financials, and program milestones Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve issues Provide backup support for reporting and data input as needed Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance 1-5 years of relevant experience (FMS, DoD, logistics, or program support) Experience working with databases and data systems Strong Excel skills (tracking, reporting, analysis) Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Prior DoD or FMS experience Experience supporting Weapon Systems Managers (WSMs) or similar roles Additional Requirements Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Customer-focused mindset with commitment to mission success Physical Requirements Lift up to 15-25 lbs Stand/walk for extended periods Occasional bending, twisting, and squatting
Compensation Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000
