Develop and maintain comprehensive forecasts for program scope, schedule, cost, and resource utilization. Partner with program managers to build integrated program plans across multiple workstreams. Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and responsiveness to changing program conditions. Design and maintain sophisticated Excel-based models, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, macros/VBA if applicable). Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. Produce executive-level reports and visualizations to support decision-making. Track program KPIs, milestones, and deliverables against plan. Conduct variance analysis (forecast vs. actuals) and provide clear insights and recommendations. Support governance forums by preparing status reports, risk summaries, and performance dashboards. Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost tracking for complex programs. Model resource demand and capacity planning across multiple projects and teams. Identify financial and operational risks and propose mitigation strategies. Work cross-functionally with program managers, finance, operations, and leadership teams. Translate technical and analytical findings into clear, business-friendly insights. Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
