Job DescriptionBryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst III to provide acquisition, program management, and business operations support to the Joint Project Lead (JPL) CBRN Enabling Technologies (ET) within the Capability Program Executive for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CPE-CBRND). The successful candidate will support Government leadership by coordinating program activities, tracking acquisition actions, preparing executive-level products, analyzing program performance, and facilitating communication among stakeholders supporting critical national defense initiatives.

Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day program management and acquisition support for assigned portfoliosCoordinate staffing packages, action items, taskers, and suspense managementTrack program milestones, schedules, deliverables, and acquisition activitiesDevelop executive briefings, decision papers, reports, and presentation materialsAnalyze program data and prepare recommendations for Government leadershipSupport Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, working groups, and program reviewsMonitor action item status and coordinate follow-up across Government organizationsAssist with strategic planning, business process improvement, and organizational initiativesSupport financial planning activities, budget tracking, and execution reportingPrepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and official documentationMaintain program records and configuration-controlled documentationEnsure deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlinesCoordinate with functional organizations across acquisition, engineering, logistics, finance, contracting, and operationsQualificationsMinimum QualificationsActive Secret security clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in business administration, management, acquisition, engineering, or related field5-8 years of DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations experienceWorking knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycleExperience supporting senior Government program officesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsDAWIA/Back-to-Basics acquisition certificationExperience supporting CPE-CBRND, Army, or other DoD acquisition organizationsExperience preparing executive-level briefingsFamiliarity with
PPBE/PPBEA
