As a Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need an experienced Program Analyst like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools, and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers.

You Have:

12+ years of experience working in a professional environmentExperience with project management on technical projectsExperience creating project management plansExperience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directivesExperience serving as an advisor to upper-level managementExperience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programsExperience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs, and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plansSecret clearanceBachelor's degree

Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentationsExperience with telecommunications project managementExperience with strategic planningKnowledge of project financialsKnowledge of the DoD acquisition processAbility to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publicationAbility to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiencesTS/SCI clearanceProject Management Professional (PMP)
