$50,000 – $60,000 (20% Bonus Target)

Business Systems Analyst:
The Business Systems Analyst will support and optimize core business applications, including ERP, CRM, and related systems. This role will partner closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity, improve business processes, support end users, and drive system enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, technology-focused, and passionate about process improvement. Key Responsibilities of the
Business Systems Analyst:
Support administration and maintenance of Rootstock ERP. Assist Finance with ERP management, reporting, and system enhancements. Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and databases. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Lead and coordinate system-related projects across multiple departments. Perform data entry, system updates, and user administration tasks. Troubleshoot software and system issues and coordinate resolutions. Assist with CRM, content management, e-signature, and lead management platforms. Qualifications of the
Business Systems Analyst:
1-3 years experience working in a professional business environment, preferred New grads acceptable pending degree and certifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field, preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce experience preferred. Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business systems. Experience with Rootstock or Salesforce is required Familiarity with Box, Box Sign, Zuant, or similar platforms, preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to assess complex business challenges and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong customer-service mindset and ability to support users of varying technical skill levels. #LI-HP1 #
