Job Description
The Commercial Analytics team is looking for a Business and Data Analyst to join our team. Your mission is to build and scale trusted data products that power performance measurement across sales, incentives, and payments while promoting best practices, strong governance, and a high bar for data quality and reliability. As a Business and Data Analyst you will be gathering requirements, developing a rich understanding of required data, facilitating the design of deliverables, partnering with technical and business stakeholders, testing, and implementing the solution, providing support to the users, and overall project coordination.
Overview:
Business and Data Analysts work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams to design analytics solutions, implement advanced algorithms, and evaluate the performance of use cases. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, inquisitive, and creative, with a strong desire to solve real-world problems using data.
In this role, you will deliver analytics quickly in a time-constrained environment, owning multiple reporting tools and presenting status and insights to management to incorporate feedback. You will partner across Sales, Brand, and Finance teams to align data across sales, incentives, and vehicle payments, and support successful adoption through knowledge transfer and change management. The Business and Data Analyst must be able to:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Operations Research)Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis rolesStrong technical skills with SQL for data analysisExcellent quantitative and qualitative skills and the ability to evaluate processes and data objectivelyStrong problem formulation, problem-solving, and analysis skillsSuccess in implementing projects and driving change managementAbility to collaborate with external data partners, agencies, and vendorsProficient in
Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:
