Job Overview Glass and Metal Craft is seeking a highly skilled and business-minded IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technology and operations. This role is critical in supporting our continued growth by enhancing system connectivity, improving quoting accuracy, and optimizing workflows across sales and production. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes, driving efficiency, standardization, and scalability throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT infrastructure, including Windows network (servers, PCs, security, backups) Support and optimize the ERP system ( Fenevision ), with a strong emphasis on improving quoting accuracy and operational workflows Develop and enhance reporting and tools (SQL/Python) to drive efficiency and visibility Troubleshoot hardware, software, and production-related system issues Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement in GMC quoting processes and project workflows Support and enhance quoting capabilities for large and complex projects Capture, document, and integrate business knowledge into systems to improve growth, standardization, and consistency
Quailfications:
Strong experience with ERP systems (Fenevision experience preferred) Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for reporting and data analysis Experience supporting Windows-based infrastructure and networks Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing or production environments Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Experience with quoting systems or project-based manufacturing environments Knowledge of data visualization tools Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices Experience driving process improvement and system optimization initiatives
