Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives focused on logistics, transportation, and operational systems. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and support technology solutions across customer-facing and internal platforms.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

Evaluate current logistics and operational workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Support enhancements to customer-facing websites, internal portals, and digital platforms.

Work alongside development teams to define requirements for API integrations between Salesforce, TMS platforms, internal applications, and third-party systems.

Read and interpret
REST API
documentation to understand system capabilities, data flows, and integration requirements.

Create user stories, business process maps, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate functionality, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Assist with system implementations, change management, documentation, and end-user training.

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.•Please note: This position is fully onsite Monday-Friday in Johns Creek, GA. Please don't apply to this posting if you're not already local to the area and willing to work onsite
