Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Professional Services Business Operations & AI Analyst to join a leading security and identity solutions organization. This individual will serve as the primary owner and administrator of a mature Quickbase Professional Services Automation (PSA) environment that supports approximately 350 users globally. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing existing Quickbase applications, supporting business operations, improving reporting and data quality, and helping drive AI initiatives through Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate combines strong Quickbase administration experience with an understanding of Professional Services operations and business processes. This person must be highly autonomous, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions, and comfortable working directly with leadership to drive operational improvements. The role offers the opportunity to support enterprise-wide AI innovation initiatives while becoming a long-term strategic partner within the Professional Services organization. • 3+ years of hands-on Quickbase administration, development, or business application support experience
• 3+ years supporting Professional Services operations, PSA platforms, project operations, resource management, forecasting, backlog management, or delivery operations
• Strong understanding of Quickbase administration including tables, fields, forms, dashboards, relationships, formulas, automations, permissions, and Pipelines
• Experience maintaining and enhancing complex business-critical applications
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, validation, and large data analysis
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and operational metrics
• Ability to gather business requirements and independently implement solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to support business users across multiple teams
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn quickly and operate with minimal oversight
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience building, supporting, or maintaining AI agents
• Software development background or strong technical aptitude
• Experience with APIs, JSON, integrations, and business process automation
• Experience integrating Quickbase with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience supporting digital transformation or AI initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
