Job Description

COMPANY BACKGROUND

POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analysis role shares key repsonilities in generating sales growth for the Frye brand and will analyze sales data, market trends, and inventory performance to optimize our product sales at key leading retailers. You will work closely with the Brand EVP and team to analize selling data and wholesale sales forecasts to develop stratiegic inventory planning for growth and identify and plan product obsolecense. Frequent travel to accounts to attend selling meetings will be required. Position based in Fenton headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Brand EVP on sales targets and growth objectives for key accounts. Analyze weekly/monthly sales performance of all products at key retailers Manage and optimize inventory levels and turnover rates across business channels to minimize stockouts and overstock. Formulate purchase plans and inventory adjustments for current and coming seasons for both in store and digital platforms. Identify potential growth opportunities and create actionable recommendations for key accounts to improve their branded business. Bring best practices from our site to these retailers in a manner that is tailored specifically for each. Support the sales with strategic informaton in clear and concise format. Generate insights from Key Account selling to inform promotions or future pricing and inventory management. Evaluate product lifecycle for products based on overall market performance. Bridge gap between Wholesale and Retail with promotional calendar and MAP breaks.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Data Analytics, or related field. Minimum of two year of prior business analysis role with fashion or footwear brand. Excellent presentation,verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to create custom reporting using several systems and ERP system. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep information confidential and exercise disrection Ability to remain professional in confrontational conversations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and data visualization tools.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, and bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity for typing or calculator use. The person in this position frequently communicates with others. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The majority of this job will be spent indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
