Job Description This entry-level Business Analyst will support CMDB governance, application compliance initiatives, and Power Platform development while partnering with business and technical teams to improve processes. The role includes data management, reporting, automation development, ITSM support, and working with offshore teams to help transition manual processes into automated, self-service solutions.
