Job Description
- B2B Bus Proc Analyst
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary responsibilities of this role, B2B Business Process Analyst, are to: + Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain; + Analyze workflows, develop best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance; + Conduct and support interactions with Strategic Account Headquarters, Retailers, Distributors and Licensee customers to promote electronic Business to Business (B2B) solutions and drive customer integrations which enable our partners to sell our Seeds, Crop Protection, Traits (Corn States), Seed Growth, Environmental Science, Ruveon, and Vegetable products in the U.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree; + Experience with Bayer's business processes and systems including SAP and related tools; + Advanced data analytic skills; + Knowledge and experience of e-Commerce and B2B technologies and industry standards; + Ability to network with numerous internal and external business stakeholders; + Proven Customer relationship experience; + Superior verbal and written communication skills; + Ability to multi-task many high-priority projects, ability to prioritize, and manage through uncertainty.Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree; + 6+ years of business experience, industry, Supply Chain Management, or IT related work experience; + 2+ years Business to Business (B2B) experience. This posting will be available for application until at least 9/18/26. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $96,560.00 to $144,840.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.YOUR APPLICATION
