  • B2B Bus Proc Analyst
  • YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The primary responsibilities of this role, B2B Business Process Analyst, are to: + Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain; + Analyze workflows, develop best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance; + Conduct and support interactions with Strategic Account Headquarters, Retailers, Distributors and Licensee customers to promote electronic Business to Business (B2B) solutions and drive customer integrations which enable our partners to sell our Seeds, Crop Protection, Traits (Corn States), Seed Growth, Environmental Science, Ruveon, and Vegetable products in the U.
S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand; + Drive the adoption of E-Business capabilities and tools with customers and partners through strategies and tactics to ensure effective engagement relative to opportunity; + Support projects which directly impact Bayer and Customer operational processes; + Develop documentation to support knowledge management of existing and new processes, training materials, and program governance; + Provide feedback to third party software companies and customers to ensure processes are functioning and integrated to support business needs; + Enable and support technical processes, making recommendations that align our company's needs and those of our customers; + Support the development of dashboards and metrics for reporting needs; + Collaborate and share knowledge with support resources to meet customer and internal requirements; + Leverage knowledge of Agriculture industry B2B best practices and business processes to support program needs; + Influence external partners, independent distributor/retailer stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills; + Interact directly with all levels of customer / partner stakeholders to influence change and adoption; + Advocate internally for customer process improvements that are aligned with Bayer's goals through an attitude of collaboration and partnership; + Execute change management strategies helping internal/external stakeholders understand business benefits.
  • WHO YOU ARE
  • Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree; + Experience with Bayer's business processes and systems including SAP and related tools; + Advanced data analytic skills; + Knowledge and experience of e-Commerce and B2B technologies and industry standards; + Ability to network with numerous internal and external business stakeholders; + Proven Customer relationship experience; + Superior verbal and written communication skills; + Ability to multi-task many high-priority projects, ability to prioritize, and manage through uncertainty.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree; + 6+ years of business experience, industry, Supply Chain Management, or IT related work experience; + 2+ years Business to Business (B2B) experience. This posting will be available for application until at least 9/18/26. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $96,560.00 to $144,840.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
