IT Business Analyst #26-06446 PROXY, NC Onsite Contract Starts 9/14/2026 Ends 9/13/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Design Analyst - Onsite for a 12 month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This role is accountable for documenting workflows and managing the accuracy, relevance, and adnce of the PC Lifecycle process and Service Transition portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process design performance, sustaining gains, and identifying future improvement opportunities within the process.

Responsibilities:

Focus on process design improvement, including cost and time reductions to make the PC Lifecycle more efficient Create near and long-term process roadmaps aligned to Service Transition Act as a liaison between enterprise, Employee Experience Technology, and Service Transition specific operational processes Identify process management service levels and goals and ensure adnce Manage the current state process portfolio, including library development and template/standards creation Establish process control plans for the PC Lifecycle Process Benchmark processes and ensure alignment to the Enterprise Classification Process Framework (ECPF) Develop routines for documentation enhancements and review frequency Manage service delivery of processes used to run operational activities Ensure organizational adnce to tools and processes Communicate process changes

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of experience in managing IT service management processes and tools Process design experience and background Background in process design and reengineering Proficiency with MS Office Suite Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio or ARIS Ability to work across functional areas to drive continuous improvement Must have strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge and relevant experience in systems integration and transition Excellent written, presentation, and verbalmunication skills Desired skills: Six Sigma experience ITIL v3 Service Management Practitioner Certification Problem-solving and analytical capabilities Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or 3 to 5 years of process reengineering experience COBIT v5 experience Experience with LEAN methodologies Pay range: $42.09 - $50.09 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
