We have experienced impressive growth and are seeking a high-energy, hardworking Revenue Assurance Analyst to support our business. This is a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment where you will be multi-tasking every day.

Responsibilities:

Auditing Carrier Invoices to ensure invoices are accurate and received in a timely manner Resolve, Reconcile, Dispute and Bill charges when applicable on Carrier invoices Set up and maintain 3rd party portals Ensure all carriers are in BDA and are coded to the appropriate GL account Work with internal Ops Team to complete orders for appropriate billing Assist with data collection for various reports as needed Other Miscellaneous and Project work as required

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Excel 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment Financial or Telecom background preferred Ability to think outside the box and be a Problem Solver Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal Ability to work Independently Task Oriented with Strong Time Management Skills Highly Organized, Thorough, and Detail Oriented Experience working with 3rd party portals is a plus BA/BS Degree a plus

Salary & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year. This range represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final salary offers are determined by a candidate's specific experience, skills, and qualifications.
