Business Systems Analyst (BSA)#26-30968 $45-$50 per hour Mount Laurel, NJ Onsite Job Description Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for their Mount Laurel, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for complex initiatives. Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders on integration-related projects. Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, and meeting content for leadership reviews. Support solution discussions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

Proven ability to develop executive-level meeting content, including presentations, status reports, leadership updates, and steering committee materials. Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
