Job Description

NICE Actimize Business System Analyst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Domain Expertise 1. Strong experience in AML and Financial Crime Compliance solutions. 2.
Deep understanding of:
o Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Regulatory Reporting, Financial Products, especially Cash Transactions, FinCEN and BSA reporting requirements. 3. Strong understanding of CTR lifecycle processes including aggregation, consolidation, validation, filing, acknowledgment handling, and exception management. Actimize Knowledge 1. Experience working on NICE Actimize platforms including: o CTR, ActOne, AIS 2.
Strong understanding of:
o CTR processing lifecycle, ActOne workflows, User roles and permissions, E-filing processes, Policy Manager Rules and validations Ability to review and interpret Actimize configuration workbooks and technical design documents Roles & Responsibilities 1. Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements for Actimize CTR implementations and enhancements. 2. Conduct workshops with Compliance, Operations, AML Investigations, Product Owners, and Technology partners to gather requirements and define solution scope. 3.
Produce and maintain:
o Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) o Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) o User Stories o Data Requirement Documents (DRDs) o Process Flows o Traceability Matrices o Acceptance Criteria 4. Translate regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications aligned with Actimize CTR capabilities and business objectives. 5. Manage requirement traceability from business requirements through solution design, testing, implementation, and production deployment. 6. Analyze and document CTR business processes including: o CTR Aggregation, Consolidation, MIL Processing, DOEP Processing, Validation Rules, E-Filing Requirements and Regulatory Reporting Workflows 7. Support regulatory, audit, and remediation initiatives by documenting business processes and control frameworks. 8. Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state operating models and process improvements for CTR operations. 9. Analyze upstream and downstream system integrations, ETL processes, data feeds, and interface requirements. Define source-to-target mappings and data transformation requirements across Actimize UDM, staging, and r eporting layers. 10. Review ActOne workflow configurations, user roles, work item views, queue structures, and reporting requirements. 11. Supports functional test scenarios, test cases, and validation matrices for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation activities. Validate implemented functionality against requirements and business expectations. Salary Range- $110,000-$120,000 a year #LI-OJ1
