Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in OpenText / Documentum / ECM platforms and a deep understanding of FDA regulations and compliance . The ideal candidate will have 8 -10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable documentation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance-driven solutions and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of business needs aligned with FDA regulations and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities Provide insights and recommendations to support project management activities Ensure adherence to FDA regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Support implementation of ECM/OpenText/Documentum-based solutions

Required Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance frameworks Hands-on experience with OpenText, Documentum, or other ECM platforms Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proven experience in creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, reports) About
